Overview

Giza Pyramids are among the biggest mysteries of Egypt, with their mighty figure and brilliant construction. Let’s start our tour at the Giza Plateau, where the ancient Egyptian civilization once flourished. Step through a portal to the ancient Egypt time as the professional guide narrates a brief introduction, explaining the pyramids’ history: Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus. And, you know what the best part is; you can have a little adventure in the dark corridors of the Great Pyramid (With an additional cost), however, the guide will not accompany you. Moreover, you can enjoy a camel ride in the golden desert (With an additional cost).

After the tour, cross the plateau and snap a picture of the three pyramids emerging from the sand, featuring Cairo’s urban skyline in the background. Just a short trip to the plateau’s side, you’ll find the enigmatic Sphinx, Egypt’s iconic symbol, standing proudly next to the pyramids. As an option, you can visit the solar boat museum, which houses Cheops’ well-preserved funeral boat.

The next stop will be Saqqara, the oldest pyramid in Egypt, which was built in 2650 B.C. After a brief description of this famous stepped pyramid, you’ll have a plenty of time to explore.

The final stop will be Memphis, Egypt’s ancient capital. You can view aircraft that belong to Egypt’s great rulers, including the fallen colossus of Ramsees II. The Papyrus Institute is the highlight of this trip, where you get to know how the ancient Egyptians used this material to generate such artworks.
