Full Day Aswan

Aswan City is the ideal escape, with perfect weather, picturesque scenery, and memorable monuments. At first, we will depart from your place (hotel or cruise) and head to the High Dam, an architecture marvel built in the 60s.  From the dam’s top, you can perfectly see the Kalabsha Temple, an impressive Roman structure. Then, you will see the unfinished obelisk, still in place, with its crack, where they tried to extract it. Your guide will explain how the 1-ton obelisk was sculpted, along with its abandonment. 

As we are saving the best for last; our final destination will be Philae Temple, dedicated to goddess, Isis. A short motorboat ride will take you to the charming island and your guide will accompany you on a walking tour. After hearing tales of the ancient temple and its relocation, you can explore further on your own.
