Departure on a regular flight to Amman. Arrival and assistance from our staff. Visa procedures. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner (provided arrival at the hotel is before 9:00 PM). Overnight.
Breakfast. Panoramic tour of the city of Amman, visiting its most important avenues, the Citadel, the downtown area, and the Roman Theatre. The tour continues to the city of Jerash, one of the cities of the Decapolis. Jerash is located north of Amman, approximately 45 km away, about an hour's drive. During the tour, we will visit the Arch of Triumph, the Oval Plaza, the Cardo, the Colonnade, the Temple of Aphrodite, and, finally, the Roman Theatre, known for its wonderful acoustics. Next, we will visit the Ajloun Castle, a fortress built in 1185 and later rebuilt in the 13th century by the Mamluks after its destruction by the Mongols. This Crusader-era castle is perched on top of a mountain, offering beautiful views. After the visit, return to Amman. Dinner and overnight.
Breakfast. Departure to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth, situated 400 meters below sea level. Opportunity to swim. Return to Amman. Dinner and overnight.
Breakfast. Departure to visit the Orthodox Church of St. George, home to the first mosaic map of Palestine. Continue to Mount Nebo to enjoy the panoramic view of the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea from the mountain. This site is significant as it was the last place visited by Moses and from where he viewed the Promised Land, which he would never reach. Proceed to Shobak Castle, a solitary reminder of the Crusaders' ancient glory, built in 1115 by King Baldwin as a defense for the route between Damascus and Egypt. The castle is located less than an hour north of Petra, and sometimes referred to as 'Mont Real,' it is perched on a mountain overlooking a wide area of fruit trees. Departure to Petra. Dinner and overnight.
Breakfast. A full day dedicated to exploring the Rose City, the capital of the Nabateans. During the visit, we will see the most important and representative monuments carved into the rock by the Nabateans, including the Treasury, a famous and internationally known monument featured in one of the Indiana Jones films, the Colorful Tombs, the Royal Tombs, and more. Petra is one of those places in the world that everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime. At the end of the visit, return to the hotel in the afternoon. Dinner and accommodation.
Breakfast. Departure to visit what is known as 'Little Petra,' located just 15 km north of Petra. A narrow gorge, only 2 meters wide, with typical Nabatean architecture, makes this visit unique and incomparable. Inhabited by the Nabateans, it features many tombs, water reservoirs, and channels, with a small path leading to some interior areas, including Siq Al Bared. The scale of this area, along with its connection to Petra, gave it the name 'Little Petra.' Then, we continue to Wadi Rum, the desert of Lawrence of Arabia. A 2-hour excursion in 4x4 vehicles driven by Bedouins will take you through the lunar landscape of this captivating desert. We will explore the pink sands of Wadi Rum, a place with a special charm, highlighted by granite massifs sculpted into whimsical shapes by nature. After the tour, we will depart for Amman. Arrival, dinner, and overnight stay at the hotel.
Breakfast. Free day at the clients' disposal. Dinner and overnight.
Breakfast. At the indicated time, transfer to the airport for a scheduled flight back to your city of origin.
